Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may be void. If payment was made by credit card, a transaction fee of 4% of the total stay value will be retained.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will result in a 10% loss of the total booking amount as damages. If payment was made by credit card, the transaction fee of 4% of the total stay value will be retained.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of 50% of the total booking amount as damages. If payment was made by credit card, the transaction fee of 4% of the total stay value will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of all amounts received to date (100% of the total amount of the reservation). Only the security deposit for breakages and damages will be refunded to tenants if it has already been received.
Cancellation policy during the Christmas holiday period (December 20 to January 5) and the summer season (July 15 to August 30)
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of all amounts received to date (100% of the total reservation amount). Only the security deposit for breakages and damages will be refunded to tenants if it has already been received.
Refund
The credit card transaction fee of 4% of the total stay amount is non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the full transaction fee will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
All refunds are made via Interac e-transfer.
