House Rules

Instructions to follow during your stay:

• Check-in time is from 5 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11am at the latest.
• Quiet period between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• It is prohibited to use a loudspeaker or sound amplifier outdoors.
• The property is non-smoking which includes: cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, vapes, cannabis, etc.
• Only electric fondue pans are allowed.
• ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet.
• Garbage should be placed in the black bins and recycling in the blue bins located outside.
• Lock doors and windows when you are away.
• Keep spa water clean, clear and free of foam to avoid overloading.
• Return the place to the same condition as when you arrived and leave the furniture in its respective place.

Regulations regarding open-air fires, where permitted:

• It is permitted to make an open-air fire ONLY in the designated area.
• The fire must be under the constant supervision of the tenant and this person must be of legal age.
• The supervisor is responsible for the fire and must be prepared to take the necessary and appropriate measures to maintain control of the fire and ensure its complete extinction before leaving the premises.
• A water hose is available to extinguish the fire.
• The height of the fire must not exceed one meter (1m) or 3 feet (3').
• It is forbidden to make a fire in the open air: On days when the wind speed exceeds 20 km/h.
• It is strictly forbidden to burn any source other than cut wood and/or tree branches or firewood.
• It is prohibited to feed or maintain a fire with an accelerant.
• Lights out time is 11 p.m. at the latest.
