House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to preserve the quality of our chalets in the Laurentians, we ask you to respect the following rules during your stay.

Important rules

• Parties and events are not allowed.
• The tenant must be at least 30 years old.
• The quiet period is between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Departure must be no later than 11 a.m.
• The spa must be kept clean, clear and free of foam during your stay.

The main tenant is responsible for ensuring that all occupants of the chalet comply with these rules.

Use of the property

• Arrival is from 5pm.
• Animals are not allowed, unless otherwise stated for certain properties.
• Outdoor speakers or sound systems are not permitted.
• The property is entirely non-smoking (cigarettes, vapes, cannabis, etc.).
• Only electric fondue pots are allowed.
• Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
• Garbage and recycling must be deposited in the bins provided outside.
• Please lock the doors and windows when you leave the cottage.
• Please leave the premises in the same condition as when you arrived and put the furniture back in its original place.

Using the spa

In order to preserve water quality:

• Do not add soap, foam or products to the spa.
• Close the lid after each use.
• Keep the water clean and clear during your stay.

Additional maintenance may incur extra charges.

Exterior lights (where permitted)

• Fires are only permitted in the designated area.
• The fire must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Only firewood is permitted.
• Accelerators are prohibited.
• Fires are prohibited when winds exceed 20 km/h.
• The fire must be completely extinguished before leaving the premises.
• Fires must be extinguished no later than 11 p.m.
