Cancellation Policy


General policy


A cancellation made within 24 hours of booking confirmation can be cancelled free of charge.


If payment was made by credit card, the transaction fee of 4% of the total amount of the stay is non-refundable.



Cancellation before arrival


The following conditions apply depending on the cancellation date:


More than 60 days before arrival

  • Cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount
  • The 4% transaction fee is non-refundable.


Between 31 and 60 days before arrival

  • 50% of the total booking amount is retained
  • The 4% transaction fee is non-refundable.


30 days or less before arrival

  • 100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable
  • The security deposit for breakage or damage will be refunded if it has been collected.



High season periods


For stays during:


  • the holiday period (December 20 to January 5)
  • the summer season (July 15 to August 30)


Any cancellation made less than 60 days before arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the total booking amount.


The security deposit will be refunded if it has been collected.



Refunds


Credit card transaction fees (4%) are non-refundable.


If a refund is applicable, transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Refunds are made via Interac e-Transfer.
